Greenart

Greenart's new website

Greenart offers plant-care services for businesses. We built a simple, visual website that presents the services clearly and makes it easy for potential clients to get in touch.

Challenge
Greenart had the service, but no place where a potential client could be convinced in one minute that the work was done well.
Approach
We structured the site around the client's questions, not the company's org chart — what's offered, what it costs, how to get in touch. We let the visuals carry what text couldn't.

NCODE Development

Sales platform for a residential complex

For NCODE's Shatberashvili project in Vake, we built a website where visitors can explore the building, floors and apartments, and review pricing and financing terms.

Challenge
Selling a residential complex means surfacing a lot of information — floor, size, price, financing — without overwhelming the visitor.
Approach
We built interactive navigation across the building and units, letting visitors choose what interests them directly — instead of scrolling a long list, they find the specific apartment right away.

Rufus the Churchill

Help that reaches a specific animal

Rufus the Churchill is an animal-welfare platform. Visitors can choose a specific animal and fund its food and care. We built the platform's structure and donation flow to make the process of helping simple and clear.

Challenge
Donation platforms easily lose specificity — a visitor needs to know exactly who they're helping, not an abstract fund.
Approach
We built the donation flow around a specific animal, not a generic payment form — every step shows who the help is actually for.

ABM

ABM's new corporate website

For ABM, we built a corporate website that brings the organization's work, news, conferences and professional activity together in one place.

Challenge
ABM had a lot of separate activity — conferences, news, professional programs — but no central place where all of it came together clearly.
Approach
We organized the content types into one consistent structure, so the organization's activity could keep growing over time without becoming confusing.

Peter Moennig Foundation

A foundation site for art and culture

The Peter Moennig Foundation supports artists through programs, grants and initiatives. The site brings together exhibitions, open calls and the foundation's activity.

Challenge
The foundation needed a space where artists could find open calls as easily as visitors could find exhibitions.
Approach
We built the CMS so the foundation can add new exhibitions, grants and open calls themselves — without depending on us.

Around Caucasus

Discover the Caucasus from one site

For Around Caucasus, we built a multi-page tourism website where visitors can easily browse different kinds of tours — from hiking and biking to culinary experiences.

Challenge
Tourism sites often dump everything onto one page — visitors struggle to find the specific kind of tour they actually want.
Approach
We split tours by category (hiking, biking, culinary) and gave each its own space — visitors go straight to what interests them.

Asomtavari

The Georgian alphabet, as a personal object

Asomtavari makes handcrafted pieces inspired by the Georgian alphabet. We built an online store where customers can browse, personalize and order products.

Challenge
Selling a handcrafted, personalizable product doesn't fit a standard e-commerce template — customers need to be able to customize before ordering.
Approach
We built the personalization step into WooCommerce right on the product page, so by the time a customer reaches the cart, they already have exactly what they wanted.

Blades.GE

An online store for specialized products

For Blades.GE, we built a full e-commerce experience with a product catalog, sales, cart and checkout flow.

Challenge
Specialized products (knives) need a catalog that surfaces technical detail without overwhelming the shopper.
Approach
We built the full e-commerce flow from the ground up — catalog, sales, cart and checkout — on WooCommerce, but tailored to the specifics of the product.

Ongoing Product Development

Our work doesn't always end when a project launches. We can continue supporting, extending, improving and integrating an existing product.

How We Work

We don't create unnecessary process. We figure out what's needed, then we do it.

01

Conversation

First, we talk about the idea, the problem, and what you want to achieve.

02

Planning

We structure the product, define what needs to be done, and agree on the scope of work.

03

Design & Development

We design the interface and start building the product, showing you progress throughout.

04

Launch

We test, polish the details, and ship the final product.

05

What's Next

If the project needs further development, support, or new features, we can keep working on it.

About

A small team. Serious product thinking.

SKUP is a digital studio in Tbilisi — three developers, one team. We build websites, web applications and software products for businesses and organizations across different fields. Some projects start from zero. Sometimes it's about improving or rebuilding an existing product. Either way, our goal is the same — make a product that looks good, is easy to use, and does real work. Our size is a deliberate choice, not a limitation. A small team means direct communication with you — not a chain of account managers. We don't like unnecessary bureaucracy or complicated processes — we prefer clear decisions and a good result.

We don't build for the sake of building.

We do what the project actually needs — no more, no less.
