1. ზოგადი პირობები
1.1. ეს Terms & Conditions არეგულირებს ვებსაიტის გამოყენებას და მომხმარებლის ურთიერთობას კომპანია SKUP-თან.
1.2. საიტის გამოყენებით მომხმარებელი ეთანხმება მოცემულ პირობებს სრულად.
1.3. თუ მომხმარებელი არ ეთანხმება რომელიმე პუნქტს, ვალდებულია შეწყვიტოს საიტის გამოყენება.
2. მომსახურების აღწერა
2.1. კომპანია SKUP უზრუნველყოფს ციფრული პროდუქტების გაყიდვას, მათ შორის:
- WordPress პლაგინები
- სისტემური ინტეგრაციები
- სხვა პროგრამული გადაწყვეტილებები
2.2. პროდუქტები იყიდება:
- თვიური საბსქრიბშენით
- წლიური საბსქრიბშენით
2.3. ყველა პროდუქტი არის ციფრული და არ მოიცავს ფიზიკურ მიწოდებას.
3. ანგარიშის შექმნა
3.1. მომხმარებელი პასუხისმგებელია სწორი ინფორმაციის მიწოდებაზე.
3.2. მომხმარებელი პასუხისმგებელია თავისი ანგარიშის უსაფრთხოებაზე.
3.3. ანგარიშის ბოროტად გამოყენების შემთხვევაში კომპანია უფლებამოსილია შეზღუდოს წვდომა.
4. გადახდები
4.1. ყველა გადახდა ხორციელდება ონლაინ.
4.2. გადახდები შეიძლება იყოს:
- ავტომატურად განახლებადი (subscription)
- ერთჯერადი (თუ გათვალისწინებულია)
4.3. მომხმარებელი თანხმდება:
- თანხა ჩამოიჭრება პერიოდულად (თვე/წელი)
- გადაუხდელობის შემთხვევაში სერვისი შეწყდება
5. საბსქრიბშენის მართვა
5.1. მომხმარებელს შეუძლია გააუქმოს საბსქრიბშენი თავისი ანგარიშიდან.
5.2. გაუქმება არ ნიშნავს უკვე გადახდილი პერიოდის თანხის დაბრუნებას.
5.3. სერვისი გაგრძელდება გადახდილი პერიოდის დასრულებამდე.
6. თანხის დაბრუნება (Refund Policy)
6.1. ციფრული პროდუქტების გამო თანხის დაბრუნება, როგორც წესი, არ ხორციელდება.
6.2. გამონაკლისები შეიძლება დაიშვას მხოლოდ ტექნიკური შეცდომის შემთხვევაში.
6.3. კომპანია იტოვებს საბოლოო გადაწყვეტილების უფლებას.
7. ინტელექტუალური საკუთრება
7.1. ყველა პროდუქტი ეკუთვნის კომპანია SKUP-ს.
7.2. აკრძალულია:
- გადაყიდვა
- გავრცელება
- კოდის გაზიარება
7.3. მომხმარებელი იღებს მხოლოდ გამოყენების უფლებას (license).
8. პასუხისმგებლობის შეზღუდვა
8.1. კომპანია არ არის პასუხისმგებელი:
- მონაცემთა დაკარგვაზე
- ფინანსურ ან ბიზნეს ზარალზე
- მესამე მხარის პრობლემებზე
8.2. პროდუქტები მიეწოდება „როგორც არის" (as-is).
9. მომსახურების ცვლილება
9.1. კომპანია უფლებამოსილია შეცვალოს:
- ფასები
- ფუნქციონალი
- პირობები
9.2. ცვლილებები ძალაში შედის გამოქვეყნებისთანავე.
10. ანგარიშის შეჩერება
10.1. კომპანია უფლებამოსილია დაბლოკოს ანგარიში:
- წესების დარღვევის შემთხვევაში
- არასწორი გამოყენებისას
11. კომპანიის ინფორმაცია
12. მოქმედი სამართალი
ეს პირობები რეგულირდება საქართველოს კანონმდებლობით.

მომსახურების წესები
1. General Terms
1.1. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website and the relationship between the user and SKUP.
1.2. By using the site, the user fully agrees to these terms.
1.3. If the user disagrees with any point, they must stop using the site.
2. Service Description
2.1. SKUP provides the sale of digital products, including:
- WordPress plugins
- System integrations
- Other software solutions
2.2. Products are sold via:
- Monthly subscription
- Annual subscription
2.3. All products are digital and do not include physical delivery.
3. Account Creation
3.1. The user is responsible for providing accurate information.
3.2. The user is responsible for the security of their account.
3.3. In case of account misuse, the company is entitled to restrict access.
4. Payments
4.1. All payments are processed online.
4.2. Payments may be:
